Yes. We offer a free 30-day trial so you can test Face-Attendance with your own workforce, locations and Android devices. During the trial, you can try kiosk mode, self-attendance mode, geo-fencing and reporting before deciding on device license or cloud subscription.

In most cases, initial setup takes less than an hour. You install the Android app, register employees, configure shifts and geo-fences, and you’re ready to begin marking attendance. For larger deployments with multiple locations, we can support you remotely to design the rollout plan.

Device License is a one-time license for a specific Android device. Attendance data is stored on that device and can be viewed via on-device reports. This is ideal for single-location or small deployments, or when you want offline-first usage.

Cloud Subscription is priced per user (₹10 per user/month or ₹100 per user/year, plus GST) and stores data centrally on the server. It is recommended for customers with multiple locations, field teams, or when you need centralized reports, dashboards and integrations.

Many customers start with device licenses for a few locations and later add cloud subscription as they scale or need central reporting.

Yes. The app is designed to work in offline-first environments. Face capture and attendance data are stored securely on the device when there is no internet. When connectivity is restored, the data automatically syncs to the server if you are using cloud subscription or sync services.

We support a multi-shape geo-fence engine where you can define locations using polygons, circles and rectangles. A single location can have multiple shapes to match real-world areas such as wards, plants, campuses or project sites. Geo-fences can be tied to a device (kiosk mode) or to an individual employee (self-attendance mode).

Face-Attendance checks for the presence of mock-location / fake GPS apps on the device. If such apps are detected, the Face-Attendance app will refuse to start. Combined with geo-fencing and face verification, this significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent “work from home” or remote punches outside allowed locations.

Kiosk Mode turns an Android phone or tablet into a shared attendance device placed at a gate, reception or site office. Multiple employees can mark attendance on the same device without logging in individually. Geo-fence is tied to the device location.

Self-Attendance Mode is used when employees mark their own attendance on their personal phones. Each employee is restricted by geo-fences configured for their allowed locations (e.g. specific wards, routes or sites).

We support a wide range of deployments – from small teams of under 50 employees to large, multi-location organizations with 20,000+ employees. Device licenses are ideal for smaller or site-specific deployments, while cloud subscription is suited for larger, distributed setups.

Yes. Attendance data can be exported in standard formats such as Excel / CSV for manual import into payroll or HR systems. For more advanced integrations, we provide an Attendance Log API that allows your systems to periodically pull attendance punches from the server.

Device license pricing is based on user slabs per device (for example, 01–09 users, 10–19 users, 20–29 users, etc.). Cloud subscription is billed at ₹10 per user per month or ₹100 per user per year.

All prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added to the base amount for both licenses and subscriptions.

We take data privacy seriously. Attendance data and face images are processed only for attendance and related reporting. For device license only deployments, data can remain fully on-device.

For cloud deployments, data is stored securely on our servers with controlled access. We encourage administrators to configure access rights carefully and follow best practices.

For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

We provide remote technical support during business hours for setup, configuration and issue resolution. For larger deployments, we can work with your internal IT / admin team to design rollouts, user training and ongoing monitoring processes.

No. Face-Attendance runs on standard Android phones and tablets. There is no need for proprietary biometric terminals or access control hardware. For kiosk mode, many customers use affordable Android devices mounted at gates, receptions or site offices.
