By accessing and using the Face-Attendance System ("the Service") provided by Sequentec Solutions Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

All fees are payable in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 30 days before expiration.
Payments for Face-Attendance licenses are non-refundable. Any excess amount paid will be adjusted in future billing cycles.
We collect and process facial data, attendance records, and organizational information necessary for providing the Service.
Your data is used solely for attendance tracking and related services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored securely on our servers or your local devices based on your subscription type.
We comply with applicable data protection laws and implement reasonable security measures.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain the property of Sequentec Solutions Private Limited. You retain ownership of your data.
You may terminate your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Facial recognition accuracy may vary based on environmental conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequentec Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
